This series began when I said to myself: What if Wonderland was outer space?

I was told that the way I paint Alice’s petticoats, they looked like engines. So I leaned into that, to give her a chance of escaping the Queen of Hearts, a ship that, for some reason, carries a grudge.

This print is 9×12, bagged in acetate.
